What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the centre of the business, acting as the voice of the customer, the driver of growth, and the architect of our product strategy:
- Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that unlocks growth opportunities
- Identify gaps, differentiate the portfolio, and lead new product development
- Own go-to-market strategy – from positioning to launch and beyond
- Set pricing strategies and optimise commercial performance across revenue, margin and volume
- Partner with Sales to win – tenders, bids and major projects
- Use data, insights and customer feedback to continuously evolve the portfolio
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through to rationalisation
- Represent Civilmart in the market – building strong industry and customer relationships
