Marco Polo, located at 140 Creek Street in Brisbane’s CBD, is on the hunt for a hospitality superstar to join our crew as a Barista / All-Rounder! If you’re passionate about coffee, love working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on great vibes and AMAZING customer service - we want to hear from you.
About Us: We serve up expertly crafted coffee, complemented by pastries, morning treats, and a variety of delicious breakfast and lunch items. With operating hours from 6:30 am to 3 pm, you’ll enjoy all your weekends and evenings free!
What We Offer:
- Flexible Hours: Approx 20 -30 hours per week (minimum 15 hours), ideal for students or those seeking a balanced schedule. Potential for more hours for the right person
- Great Work-Life Balance: No weekend or evening shifts - all your afternoons and weekends are yours!
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Australia with latte art skills a must.
- Café All-Rounder Experience: Prior experience in a similar café or customer service role preferred. A genuine love for incredible customer service will go far with this position - this is what we value most in this role
- Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday mornings
