We’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team! In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing quotes, processing orders, and identifying new business opportunities. The Internal Sales Representative role would suit someone with a strong work ethic and an upbeat attitude, willingness to learn new skills and a service focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide accurate product/pricing information
- Support the external sales and warehouse team with administrative and customer service tasks.
- Office tasks.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be excellent at managing your own time and a real ‘self-starter’; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done
- Highly organised with the ability to multi–task
- Good computer literacy skills
- Hardworking and motivated to learn and grow within a company
- High attention to detail, you notice mistakes and errors quickly
- Work well in a team – we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non-negotiable
- Have full Australian working rights.
Pay: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
