As one of our first customer-facing AI Architects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both our customers' AI journeys and the capabilities we take to market. This is a rare opportunity to influence how a new practice grows while working hands-on with emerging technologies and real-world customer challenges.
The Role:
We're looking for an AI Architect to join our newly launched Data & AI Practice.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of our first customer-facing AI Architects, working directly with customers to solve complex business challenges using modern AI technologies while helping define how our AI capability evolves.
You'll play a critical role in designing, building and scaling practical AI solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with customers to identify, design and deliver AI solutions that solve real business problems.
- Design and build AI use cases from discovery and proof-of-value through to production deployment.
- Shape and evolve reusable AI patterns across technologies such as RAG, agents, MCP, orchestration and context engineering.
- Lead workshops and advisory engagements with technical and business stakeholders, from engineers through to CIOs.
- Turn emerging AI concepts into scalable, secure and governed solutions.
- Act as a technical leader within delivery engagements, ensuring quality, consistency and best practice.
- Contribute to the growth of Interactive's AI capability through reusable architectures, accelerators and thought leadership.
About You:
- Hands-on experience building software, cloud or data solutions, with a growing passion for AI.
- Practical experience working with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) using modern engineering practices including APIs, CI/CD and scalable systems.
- Ability to connect technical possibilities with tangible business outcomes.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
- Able to communicate complex concepts in a simple, practical and engaging way.
