As a Cook, you’ll support our culinary teams in preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food across our restaurants, cafes and event venues. You’ll work across kitchen sections, assist with daily preparation and contribute to smooth and efficient service.

Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.

Support daily food preparation and service across a variety of kitchen sections.

Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion and quality expectations.

Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste management.

Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods.
You’re a passionate and dependable Cook who takes pride in producing quality food. You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work well as part of a team and are eager to continue developing your skills.

Previous experience working as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and collaborative approach.

Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.

Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
