Our Technology Transactions team in Sydney is looking for a talented Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading technology practices.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Join Ashurst Perkins Coie's Transactions Team, advising leading clients on technology, data, cyber and digital infrastructure matters.
- Work on complex transactions, client relationships, drafting and negotiations with support from nationally recognised Partners.
- Bring 2-4 years' PQE, preferably Australian Admission, strong commercial judgment and experience in technology, telecommunications, privacy or cyber law.
