What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports optimal patient outcomes throughout the perioperative journey. You will contribute to safe, effective and compassionate care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
In this role you will be required to:
Deliver and support the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
Provide safe, evidence-based care in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Advocate for patients while supporting their individual needs, dignity and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to the effective use of departmental resources.
