About the Role:
We’re seeking Experienced Soil & Concrete Testing Technicians to join our Sunshine Coast team.
This is a hands-on role involving a mix of field testing on construction sites and laboratory-based testing. You’ll work across a range of major local infrastructure and construction projects.
There is consistent overtime available for those looking to increase their earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Soil & concrete testing in the laboratory and out in the field.
- Recording results and completing clear, accurate reports
- Working in the laboratory and on active construction sites—physical, hands-on work
- Supporting clients and keeping projects moving

What You’ll Need
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, or unrestricted work rights in Australia or New Zealand on a long-term visa.
- Nuclear Density Gauge licence (nice to have)
- Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques (nice to have)
- Driver’s licence (manual or desire to get)
