About the Role:
As a Membership Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for new and prospective members, guiding them through their journey into the Fernwood community. You'll play a key role in driving membership growth and delivering exceptional service that reflects the Fernwood values of support, empowerment, health, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Fernwood memberships and services with passion and purpose
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and member consultations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Work collaboratively with the operations manager, franchisee, and wider club team
About You:
- We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and aligned with our mission of empowering women. You should be results-driven and a true team player.
You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role (gym/health/wellness environment preferred)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great computer skills
- A warm, professional and approachable manner
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
- Available for Saturday and Sunday shifts initially.
