RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service while leading a friendly and professional team.
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to join the team, to work fulltime in a busy restaurant with hands-on experienced chefs and to lead a friendly team.
Restaurant Manager:
The position in a full-time based role, predominantly 38 hours per week, and a salary package starting from $85,000+ super.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years hospitality management experience and relevant education background. In this position you will work closely with other area managers and staff in a dynamic team.
Key areas of responsibility are:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Lunch and dinner service.
- Employing and training of new staff
- Scheduling and wage targets
- Manage and supervise staff
- Liaising with suppliers
- Help improve performance and productivity
- Store administration; daily reports, banking and cash handling
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
