Talent Acquisiton Group a thriving business and is on the move we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. Due to our booming growth, we are seeking onsite account managers to come on board ASAP.
Our office location is Tingalpa and we have sites on both the North and South side.
These roles will be Monday – Friday and require some in office and onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates
Placing suitable candidates into work assignments
Managing the recruitment onboarding process for new starters
Completing assessment centres
Database and Roster management
Compliance duties
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Candidate management onsite
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
General administrative duties
Skills and Experience:
Recruitment experience is not necessary we are happy to train the right person
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Exceptional customer service experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft experience
Confident and friendly phone manners
Ability to work alone and in a team
