The Opportunity
We are seeking a Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our team to provide coverage for planned holiday leave and occasional short-notice personal leave. This is a versatile role that sits across both nursing and reception, offering the chance to work within a dynamic, environment across our four locations: Yarrabilba, Tamborine Mountain, Pimpama City, and Canungra.
Shift Requirements:

Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, & Pimpama City: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Yarrabilba: Flexibility for shifts spanning 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Availability for Saturday morning shifts is required.
Responsibilities will include:

Provide high-level nursing support to our veterinarians across all aspects of clinical care.

Manage reception and administrative tasks with confidence and professionalism.

Maintain practice hygiene, including surgical areas and equipment.

Perform minor procedures as required.
About You
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is confident in their clinical abilities and comfortable working independently. To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (would be beneficial) & 1- 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry.

The ability and confidence to work on your own, as some shifts may require you to be the sole nurse on-site.

Excellent animal handling skills and an extensive understanding of veterinary nursing procedures.

Initiative, strong time management and a genuine commitment to supporting the wider team.

Knowledge of ezyVet is ideal but not essential.
