A Senior Food & Beverage Attendant is an experienced hospitality professional who not only serves guests but also supervises daily service operations, mentors junior staff, and helps ensure high standards of customer service in restaurants, hotels, resorts, bars, and event venues.
Job Description
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supervising food and beverage service during shifts.
- Leading and training junior F&B attendants and new employees.
- Greeting guests and handling VIP or special requests.
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving guest complaints.
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
- Monitoring table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Opening and closing dining areas and completing shift checklists.
- Processing payments and balancing cash/POS transactions.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory shortages.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Assisting supervisors or restaurant managers with daily operations.
Pay: $6,250.00 – $7,100.00 per month
