We are looking for talented, well-rounded, imaginative and hard-working individuals from diverse backgrounds and ideas to join us.
Our aim is to provide individuals with the opportunities and support they need to reach their full potential. Academic results are important but to be a future lawyer in our firm you need to demonstrate talent and skill in a variety of areas.
Clerkship dates
- Summer: November 2026 – February 2027 (10 weeks in duration)

To be eligible to apply for the K&L Gates clerkship program, you must be a law student, in your penultimate or final year of study at university. You must hold full Australian working rights and be available for an in-person clerkship program commencing in November 2026.
