We’re Veneziano Coffee Roasters – a crew of passionate coffee professionalss who live and breathe specialty coffee. From sourcing the best beans to brewing the perfect cup, we’re all about raising the bar and sharing great coffee with great people. We’re also a B Corp and certified carbon neutral, which means we’re serious about doing good – for people, planet, and the future of coffee.
We are looking for a casual Barista to join our Richmond team. Working about 15 hours per week, with availability on weekends and weekdays.
What's the role?

Serving up consistently amazing coffee
- Delivering warm, welcoming service that keeps people coming back
- Sharing your coffee knowledge with customers (or learning from others!)
- Helping out with day-to-day café stuff – from opening to closing
- Being part of a friendly, tight-knit team where no one is above any task
About you:

You will have at least one year experience. Past experience with specialty coffee is preferable.

- You’re upbeat and genuinely love working with people
