THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced full-time In-Room Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team at The Calile.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests. From accurately preparing and delivering orders to providing warm, personalised service, you will ensure every interaction reflects The Calile standard.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering thoughtful service, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, in-room dining or premium food & beverage environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high presentation and service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
