THE OPPORTUNITY
Bimbadgen is seeking enthusiastic, motivated team members who will offer exceptional customer service and leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of Bimbadgen Cellar Door and Bimbadgen Wood Fired Pizzeria with a focus on providing engaging customer service across these areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to all guests
- Conducting wine tastings and achieving sales targets
- Assisting in growth of club memberships
- Ensuring the tasting room is clean, well-organised, and inviting
- Working within the pizzeria (running food, clearing table etc)
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a cellar door or restaurant environment and a keen interest in wine
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Fun and friendly attitude towards customer service and a warm and bubbly personality
- Availability to work weekend and some evening shifts
- RSA and own transport essential
