Bakery Production Worker

We are a growing artisan bakery looking for reliable and motivated Bakery Production Woker to join our central production team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products, including breads and pastries.
- Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Shape, proof, bake, and package products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work early morning, weekend, or rotating shifts when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
