About the Role
This is not a digital marketing or call-centre sales position.
We are looking for a confident people person who enjoys being out in the community, building trust face-to-face, and developing meaningful professional relationships within the disability and healthcare sectors.
As the face of Beholdcare Services, you will actively engage with key referral partners, attend networking opportunities, and establish sustainable referral pathways throughout your allocated regions.
Key Responsibilities
Community Networking & Relationship Building
- Visit and engage with NDIS Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Allied Health providers, and community organisations.
- Identify and map target regions to maximise networking opportunities.
- Attend community and industry networking events.
Brand Representation
- Promote Beholdcare Services and confidently communicate our capabilities, specialised supports, and service availability.
- Build awareness and strengthen our reputation within the sector.
Referral Partnership Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
- Ensure Beholdcare remains a trusted and preferred provider.
Participant Intake Support
- Work closely with internal operations and intake teams to facilitate smooth participant referrals and onboarding.
CRM & Reporting
- Record meetings, stakeholder interactions, referral opportunities, and follow-up activities within our CRM system.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking.
About YouEssential Requirements
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish professional credibility.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and participant choice and control.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Reliable motor vehicle and willingness to travel within designated regions.
