Food/Beverage Attendant
Customs House Hotel – Williamstown, VIC
Minimum 15 - 25 hours per week
Customs House Hotel is a historic Williamstown hotel in the heart of Nelson Place, opposite the waterfront.
We’re looking for an experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.
It’s an exciting time to come on board. We’re investing in the venue, introducing new systems including Impos POS, and making positive changes across our service and operations.
About the role
This is a hands-on position working across our bar, bistro and functions. You’ll be responsible for providing great customer service and supporting the Venue Manager and management team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Bar and bistro service
- Cash handling and POS operations
- Assisting with functions and events
- Maintaining presentation and service standards
- Helping ensure the venue runs smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
- Experience across both food and beverage service - desirable
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Is comfortable in a busy functions environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Impos is highly regarded, although training can be provided
- Current Victorian RSA
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
