About the role:
As an Administration Officer, you will provide a wide range of high-quality administrative support services to school leadership and staff. Your ability to manage information, prepare professional documentation, maintain accurate records, and support daily operational activities will be essential to the success of this role.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Preparing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations and other school documentation.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases and records with a high level of accuracy.
Providing administrative support for school projects, reporting and operational activities.
Managing electronic and manual record-keeping systems.
Assisting with data collection, analysis and reporting requirements.
Supporting procurement, financial processing and administrative workflows.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining documentation.
Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.
