About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store and lead from the front. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the full employee life cycle
Building and leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service
Driving sales growth and achieving store and department KPIs
Launching catalogue campaigns
Visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards
Daily stock recovery and replenishment
Managing high-volume stock movement and stock integrity initiatives
Reviewing and actioning reports including sales, top sellers, and P&L
About You
You’re a motivated retail leader with an owner’s mindset and a passion for developing people. You’ll bring:
Proven retail store management experience
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
The physical capability to manage large volumes of stock
A hands-on, positive leadership style that inspires your team
A resilient, solutions-focused approach
Confidence working with sales data, reporting, and P&L
Strong communication and IT skills
First Aid certification (or willingness to complete – fully funded)
