Esteem Support Services are looking for Casual Home and Community Care for Domestic Assistance, Meal Prep and Community Support in and around the Launceston Area (Travel maybe required from time to time)
Approximately 20+ hours a week (for the right support) - potential for more hours (Community Care/Domestic) in the near future.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable and empathetic Home & Community Carers who want to make a difference by supporting participants in achieving their goals and living their best life.
The role may include and not limited to..
* Assistance with community access and recreational activities
* Personal care (showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance)
* Manual handling and/or the use of equipment to support mobility (wheelchairs or hoists)
* Transportation and supporting social engagement
* Domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
Essential criteria:
* An understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support along with a caring & compassionate approach.
* A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening
* The legal right to work in Australia
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities.
Licence/Certification:
* First Aid Certification (Preferred)
* National Police Certificate (Required)
* Driver Licence (Required)
* Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Required)
* Medication Endorsement
