About the Role
We are seeking a genuine team player to join our Brisbane and Virginia branch teams as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour working week, in the Brisbane City and Virginia branch however you may be required to work at any branch within the region.

- Cash handling experience
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
