The Role
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join a high-performing infrastructure and deployment team.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting large-scale desktop refresh and workplace technology initiatives. You will play a key role in Windows deployment activities, endpoint upgrades, Active Directory administration, ServiceNow support, and end-user computing operations while ensuring a seamless user experience throughout rollout programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record of supporting enterprise environments across Windows, Active Directory, and endpoint management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support large-scale endpoint refresh and site controller replacement programs.
- Administer Active Directory, including user account management, access validation, and permissions support.
- Provide Level 2 desktop and end-user computing support during project rollout and operational support windows.
- Manage ServiceNow incidents, service requests, and change activities in accordance with operational processes.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate deployment, remediation, and support tasks.
- Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment readiness assessments and validation activities.
- Coordinate implementation activities with customer teams, infrastructure teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution processes.
- Assist with desktop imaging, application deployment, device configuration, and software installations.
- Maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing deployment efficiency and user experience.
What You'll Need
- Experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Experience with desktop deployment, endpoint refresh, and device migration projects.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory administration, user provisioning, access management, and group policies.
- Experience managing incidents, requests, and change activities within ServiceNow.
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience for automation, remediation, and operational support activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across desktop hardware, operating systems, applications, and user environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployment and rollout programs.
- Strong understanding of end-user computing technologies, desktop lifecycle management, and support processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and operational support environments.
- Experience working within government, enterprise, or large-scale corporate environments is highly regarded.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of device imaging, application packaging, and software distribution tools.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device management practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology refresh and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Experience working within highly regulated or government environments.
