Located on the doorstep of Surry Hills & Oxford Street, ibis Styles Sydney Central is the perfect destination for guests to experience all that Sydney has to offer!
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll work a variety of shifts across Front Office, Mee So and our breakfast service. Gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests.
What will you be doing?

Delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.

Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.

Completing a variety of daily tasks across multiple departments, ensuring no two days are the same.

Promoting hotel facilities and services, preparing coffees and beverages, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.

Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.

Assisting guests with our self-check-in kiosks and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

Promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrolments.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous customer service experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA Cloud is highly regarded.

The ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and think on your feet to resolve guest concerns.

Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.

A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through authentic service.
-
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

A valid NSW RSA, or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.

Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
