What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the coordination and improvement of office administrative services while maintaining operational standards
- Organising office resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment, to ensure efficient daily operations
- Assigning administrative duties to office personnel and monitoring workflow and staff performance
- Maintaining office records, business documentation, and administrative accounts in accordance with company procedures
- Communicating with management, clients, and external service providers to assist with business operations and administrative matters
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, administrative systems, and workplace supplies to support uninterrupted business operations
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant company policies and procedures
- Assisting with staff administration functions including payroll coordination, employee training, recruitment processes, and day-to-day staff supervision
What We’re Looking For
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in an office administration, office management, or business operations role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of office administration practices, record management, and business procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace
