At Monash Women's at Casey Hospital, we're expanding to meet the needs of one of Melbourne's fastest-growing communities. As our maternity service continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Registered Midwives who are ready to be part of an exciting new chapter.

About the role
As a Registered Midwife, you'll provide evidence-based, compassionate care across the full maternity journey, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll:
Deliver safe, high-quality, woman-centred care
Coordinate care and provide clinical leadership on shift
Support and mentor colleagues and students
Contribute to service improvement and innovation
Build trusted relationships with women and their families
You'll work across a rotating roster, with full-time and part-time positions available for both ongoing and fixed term replacements.
Dedicated night duty rosters may also be available on request.
Appointments to successful candidates will ideally be made based on the vacancy needing to being replaced

You're an experienced Registered Midwife who is passionate about delivering safe, respectful and culturally responsive care.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
Recent experience across maternity services
Strong clinical judgement and communication skills

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
