We are seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator with a strong customer focus to support the final stage of the ownership journey, coordinating handovers, preparing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every customer.
Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process
- Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with Pre-Delivery to prepare showroom-ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation
- Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign-off
- Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well-paced delivery scheduling
About You

Strong customer service and communication skills
- Coordination/admin experience in fast-paced settings
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Tech-savvy; quick to learn dealership systems
- Holds a current Australian driver licence
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
