We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership kitchen role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience creating and developing seasonal menus.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Experience with staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Ability to prepare and manage rosters.
- Experience with ordering, stock control, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of food costing and waste control.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
- Develop and update menus.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen staffing and rosters.
- Oversee ordering, stock levels, and inventory.
- Control food costs and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
