You'll make an impact by:
- Leading the uplift and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Configuration and Asset Management.
- Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to standardise governance frameworks, processes and operational practices across the CIO division.
- Driving improvements to ServiceNow by gathering, prioritising and supporting delivery of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management requirements.
- Developing governance standards, reporting, dashboards and performance metrics that improve operational visibility and drive continual improvement.
- Supporting technology resilience, disaster recovery and CPS230 readiness through governance, planning and recovery documentation.
- Coordinating governance forums including Change Advisory Board (CAB), Incident and Problem Management meetings while supporting effective operational decision making.
- Improving CMDB governance and data quality to strengthen technology asset and configuration management.
- Building strong relationships across technology teams to influence best practice, operational excellence and consistent governance outcomes.
