Barrier Free Disability Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to join our growing team.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in the disability support sector.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write professional progress notes and detailed incident reports.
- Strong understanding of person-centred support and NDIS practice standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required.
Mandatory Qualifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- COVID-19 and relevant vaccinations (if required)
