Provide assistance to individuals with psychosocial disabilities in the community or support at home. Empowering clients to maximise their independence, develop life skills and safely participate in the community. Essential requirements and skills:
Empathy and patience - a natural capacity to support individuals with diverse needs and background.
Communication skills -ability to listen actively and communicate clearly so clients can make informed choices about their care.
Adaptability and resilience - ability to maintain calm and adaptable in dynamic or challenging situations
Compliance and checks- relevant qualifications, valid driver’s licence, wwc
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
