CLASSIFICATION: Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 - YW12)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
ESELECTION CRITERIA
Essential:
-
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience, ideally in aged care or dementia care
-
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
-
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-
Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and funding systems
-
Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
Desirable:
-
Experience in dementia or memory support care
-
Working towards or completed leadership/management qualifications
-
Experience in palliative care
