Project Managers –Junior & Senior Roles | Multiple Projects Across Sydney

We’re seeking both experienced Senior Project Managers and emerging Junior Project Managers who bring a proactive, can-do attitude and the right mindset to lead and grow within our dynamic team.
About the Roles
You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering a variety of construction projects from planning and coordination through to completion and handover.
With multiple new projects kicking off, we have both short-term and long-term opportunities available across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve quality, time, and safety targets.
- Build and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality assurance, and environmental standards.
- Promote a proactive, safety-first, and solutions-focused culture.
Mandatory Criteria
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a construction or civil project management role (junior) or 5–10+ years (senior).
- Proven track record delivering commercial, residential, or civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and delivery methods.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
