Location: Across NSW (caseload built around where you live)
Type: Part-time or full-time, you choose your days
Salary: Above award + paid travel + super + CPD
Most speech pathology jobs ask you to fit your life around the roster. This one flips that. You tell us the days you want, the area you want to work in, and we build a caseload that sits close to home. No long commutes across the city. No sitting in traffic for an hour to see one client. Most visits are kept within about 30 minutes of where you live, and your travel between them is paid.
This is a mobile, community-based role working one on one with adults in their own homes across aged care, home care, and a small amount of NDIS. You run your own diary. You work between visits from home. You are trusted to manage your caseload like it is your own practice, because that is how it should feel.
Who this suits
The clinician who wants to be present for school pickup, or train in the middle of the day, or take a long lunch and make the hours up later. The one who is tired of being micromanaged and wants to be treated like the professional they are. Whether you are a new grad who wants real support, or a senior SP who wants freedom without the headache of running your own books, there is room here for you.
