An excellent opportunity for a passionate lawyer to become part of Condon Legal, a small but busy generalist suburban law practice of seven staff located in Kogarah. Our firm provides high-quality legal advice with a supportive and empathetic approach to our clients unique situations.
Our areas of practice are family law, children's law, property and conveyancing, wills and Estates, and criminal law.
Skills and experience:
- Recent graduate admitted to practice in State and Commonwealth.
- Demonstrated leadership in handling complex matters from start to finish.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and law clerks, contributing to team development.

What you’ll be doing:
- Representing clients in Court, including in the Family and Federal Courts.
- Conducting interviews and mediations.
- Attend conferences, mediations, and provide advice to clients.
- Prepare briefs to counsel.
- Prepare cases for court, including conducting legal research and preparing case documentation.
- Providing administrative support, including billing, diary management, and compliance tasks.
- Train junior staff, including law clerks and paralegals.
Condon Legal is seeking someone eager to expand their knowledge in various areas of law, such as children's law, criminal law, conveyancing, deceased estates, and probate.
