Boutique Dining is one of the Gold Coast's premier waterfront dining destinations, located on the marina at Paradise Point. Renowned for exceptional food, genuine hospitality and stunning marina views, we're growing our Front of House team and are looking for experienced Baristas, Floor Staff and Bartenders to join us.
Whether you're passionate about creating exceptional coffee, delivering outstanding customer service or crafting great drinks behind the bar, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Roles
We're looking for energetic and professional team members who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be working in a fast-paced waterfront venue that offers breakfast, lunch, live music, private functions, events and premium hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar role
- Friendly, confident and professional customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, well presented and take pride in your work
- Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorships available)
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Baristas
- Experience producing consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment
Bartenders
- Experience preparing classic cocktails and serving beer, wine and spirits
- Current RSA
