About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a fun and energetic additional team member with great customer service skills to join our small, creative team at Puff and Pop! You’ll be helping prep and blow balloon orders in our Bowden workshop - no balloon experience needed, we’ll teach you everything you need to know! This role will require you to assist with balloon deliveries from time to time.
This is a part-time role offering 5–10 hours per week (with potential for more during busy periods). Perfect for those currently studying or looking to add extra hours to your schedule. You’ll need to be available on weekends when required.
What You’ll Do
- Inflate balloons with helium or air, and create garlands, arches, and bouquets
- Assist customers with orders and general enquiries
- Build friendly and lasting relationships with our customers
- Bring a creative touch and good hand-eye coordination to your work
- Work independently with a positive, can-do attitude
- Occasionally assist with delivery driving
