Level 1/2 Support Engineer, Managed Services
Collingwood VIC | Full-time | Onsite (Hybrid after probation)
We’re looking for a Level 1/2 Support Engineer to join a growing, cyber-focused managed services provider based in Collingwood.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their MSP career who is looking to step beyond a standard service desk role and continue developing their technical capability across a range of clients and environments.

The Role
In this role, you’ll be providing day-to-day technical support, helping clients solve issues, keeping tickets moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We're looking for someone with MSP experience who's ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work across a range of environments, build your technical capability quickly, and develop into a well-rounded engineer who can take ownership of more complex problems and assist with projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues
- Support Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint)
- Use MSP tools (RMM, MDM) to manage client systems
- Manage support tickets and keep clients informed
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution
- Contribute to documentation and service improvements
- Assist with project work and client onboardings on request
- Troubleshoot local server and local network configurations
About You
You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience working in an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of systems
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and manage client expectations
- A professional, reliable approach with a high level of integrity and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and interest in developing your capability
- Microsoft certifications (preferred, not required)
Essential requirements
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite support (reimbursed)
- Driver’s licence preferred
