Join Our Team | Gaming, Bistro & Bar
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team. This is a varied role that includes working across our gaming room, bistro and bar, providing great service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue.
Your duties will include:
- Providing friendly and attentive service to gaming room customers
- Monitoring the gaming area and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Assisting customers with gaming-related enquiries
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages in the bistro and bar
- Operating POS and EFTPOS systems
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Assisting with bistro service, including clearing tables and maintaining presentation
- Handling cash and completing transactions accurately
- Following responsible service, venue and compliance requirements
- Working as part of a team across gaming, bistro and bar shifts
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
About You

- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Has good communication and attention to detail
- Is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- MUST have RSA, RSG and Gaming Licence
Previous gaming and hospitality experience is required.

Pay: $26.47 – $49.50 per hour
