About the role
For an experienced Recruitment Advisor, it’s an exciting time to be at Water Corporation. We are working in a fast-paced market to attract WA’s best and brightest, working together to solve critical talent challenges. Based in our Leederville office and reporting to the Recruitment Lead, we have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver cost effective and proactive talent acquisition services, focused on quality, timely and efficient placement of resources in the business.

What you can expect with this role

Working autonomously to manage and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process including,
-
Performing jobs briefs with Hiring Managers to ensure shortlisted candidates align to job descriptions

Creating candidate shortlists and scheduling interviews based on the criteria established at the job briefing

Developing proactive diverse sourcing strategies to attract the best talent for future and current vacancies
You will also,

Act as a facilitator to resolve recruitment challenges and identify appropriate mitigation strategies

Support continuous improvement initiatives/projects across the Talent Acquisition team
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
-
Previous experience recruiting for blue or white collar roles, ideally across regional areas
-
Demonstrate a conceptual and practical understanding of current recruitment and selection methodologies
-
Be able to pro-actively source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search
-
Confident using recruitment tools and systems – knowledge of Success Factors is highly regarded
-
Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure effective use of time
-
A Certificate or Diploma within HR or Psychology would be highly regarded
