Estimator / Internal Sales – Windows & Doors (VQuote Required)
Full-Time | Office-Based
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Estimator / Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in a full-time office-based role.
This is a key position within our business, suited to someone with strong windows and doors industry knowledge, who can confidently manage jobs from initial enquiry through to production while ensuring accuracy at every stage.

About the Role
This role combines estimating, customer service, and job workflow coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate quotes using VQuote (essential – non-negotiable)
- Entering and managing job data with a high level of precision
- Managing the full customer journey — from initial enquiry through to production handover
- Communicating with clients regarding quotes, measurements, variations, and updates
- Liaising with suppliers for special or custom components required for specific jobs
- Assisting with general window and door product queries (both internal and customer-facing)
- Providing clarification to the production team on job details, including build requirements for windows and doors
- Reviewing jobs prior to production to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and achievable
- Overseeing the workflow to ensure jobs move smoothly through quoting into production
You will work alongside an admin support team who handles ordering and scheduling, allowing you to focus on accuracy, technical support, and job flow management.

About You
- Proven experience using VQuote (required – non-negotiable)
- Strong, practical knowledge of windows and doors systems and construction
- Experience with Architectural Window Systems (AWS) products highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and production staff
- Strong problem-solving ability, particularly with custom or non-standard jobs
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Ability to take full ownership of jobs from enquiry through to handover
- Understanding of WERS, BAL ratings and the Australian Standards for Windows and Doors/ National Construction Code
