About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Office Administrator to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional and proactive front-line support to the firm.
The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:
- Administration duties, including court filing, closing of files & scanning;
- Responsible for collection and distribution of all mail throughout the Sydney office;
- Reception coverage as required;
- End of day packing and sending of daily mail for the Sydney office;
- General organisation and maintenance of mail room area;
- Daily deliveries;
- Kitchen duties;
- Restocking stationary cupboard;
- Arrange and booking of travel;
- Maintain invoices for office and travel related expenses;
- Book local and interstate couriers and receive and distribute incoming deliveries;
- Assist Marketing team with office events;
- Other administrative duties as directed by the Office Manager.
About you
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
- Worked in a similar role previously, or have some administration experience;
- Have excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organisation and communication skills;
- Friendly and helpful disposition and positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and to work within tight time frames;
- Enthusiastic, committed and proactive approach to work;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
