CRU Bar & Cellar is seeking experienced and passionate section waiters looking for a long-term role within our team.

The Role
Approximately 20–24 or 30–38 hours per week, depending on availability.
What we’re looking for
You will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant
- Good wine knowledge, with a strong willingness to learn and develop further
- Confidence recommending wines and guiding guests through the list
- A friendly, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering warm, consistent service
- Availability for night shifts is essential, with finish times up to 1am on busier services.
- A current RSA
- Available to work nights, until as late as 1am

Pay & Conditions:
Cru pays weekly on Tuesdays, in line with the Hospitality Industry General Award, and on level 3 for experienced section waiters:
- Base rate: $34.96 per hour
- Saturdays: $41.96 per hour
- Sundays: $48.95 per hour
