Our client, S.K BINNING & S.S BINNING, is looking for qualified and experienced Primary Products Inspector to support his business.
Job Title:
- Primary Products Inspector
Job Responsibility:
- Inspect and grade primary products to ensure compliance with grades, standards, and phytosanitary requirements
Job Duties:
- Visually inspects primary products determine grade and compliance with state and federal standards, industry contract specifications, and phytosanitary requirements.
- Inspects and samples of primary products
- Conducts trappings, surveys, and facility inspections.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws applicable to products.
- Checks size of primary products, amount, and seriousness of defects.
- Observes and records colour characteristics, firmness, maturity, and shape.
- Issues inspection report showing the grade and condition of the inspected primary products.
- Explains, both verbally and in writing, the grading system and related standards to produce and commodity clients.
- Prepares and maintains reports, records, and forms related to the work.
- Performs related work and other tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
- AQF Diploma or Higher
- Minimum 1 years of experience in related field
Salary:
- $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
Full Time:
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
