The Role
We are looking for confident female support worker to join our team in position that will see you providing practical and emotional day-to-day support to our participants during weekdays & weekends for a variety of shifts.
Presently we are seeking to fill hours in Tumbulgum NSW for assistance with a female client who has early onset dementia.
We are seeking an individual with experience in the sector, particularly working alongside participants with diverse disabilities such as acquired brain injuries, Mental health and neurological conditions.

We are seeking staff who will:

- Flexibility to work with short notice from time to time providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week
- Writing progress notes and incident reports during your shift.
- ·You have a smartphone and are able to use basic IT apps.
- Be available for Thursdays 6.30-3.30pm to begin with and then other shifts as they arise
To be successful in the role, you will require the following:
- Previous experience working in the role of a support worker or similar
- Cert III or higher in individual support or similar (highly desireable for the rate advertised)
- Work Rights in Australia (permanent resident or citizen)
- NDIS worker screening clearance (or police check if waiting for screening clearance)
- Working with children check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A current Drivers Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance (preferred)
- 100 points of ID- License, passport or birth certificate
- NDIS online training certificates and other training certificates relevant to the role
