Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
Join our dedicated Rehabilitation Ward team as a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery. In this rewarding position, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or complex health conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to achieving optimal health outcomes. Your ability to build trusting relationships, promote independence, and deliver compassionate care will be central to your success in this role.
