Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, managing customer databases, and organizing sales documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive customer engagement and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities using company systems and tools.
Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and customer onboarding to ensure clients feel supported and informed.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices that drive collective success.
Maintain a professional and organized workspace while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
