The Role
As Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators.
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and all NSW Department of Education requirements.
- Foster a positive and safe culture focused on safeguarding children at all times.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of education and care.
- Oversee daily operations, enrolments, budgets, and team development.
About You
You are:
✅ An experienced leader in the early childhood sector with a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and a minimum of 3 years as a Centre manager/ Director
✅ Confident in managing compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory obligations.
✅ A strong communicator who can inspire, guide, and support a team.
✅ Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children.
✅ Skilled in building lasting partnerships with families and communities.
